Each year the AVAC holds three community worship services. All services are interdenominatonal and welcome participation from all Christians. Please see below for more information on each service: |
Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial ServiceThis annual service is conducted in collaboration with the Alle-Kiski NAACP to pay tribute to the memory of the Rev. The service features the seven last words of Jesus. Seven area pastors each preach on one word. Each brings a lay reader for the scripture and there is special live music.
Please join us for this special worship opportunity. Festival of FaithThe annual Festival of Faith Service is a long-time tradition for the AVAC. For many years the autumn festival has brought many churches together on a Sunday evening to celebrate our Christian faith.
