The word of God brings peace, joy, and contentment in a world full of strife, loneliness, and uncertainty, for indeed the word of God is light in darkness. You can hear a devotion by dialing 724-224-1444. About 340 calls are made each month to Dial-A-Devotion, demonstrating the need for such direction within the community. Many people receive the word of God each and every day through this ministry. A new recorded devotional message is available each weekday, Monday through Friday, for your daily guidance. Devotional pieces are provided by clergy and volunteers of the member churches of the AVAC. The program is coordinated by Francis Elliot.
